Hong Kong - Urban Art

Here at Framed we are always on the look out for interesting things happening in the global arts scene.

Hong Kong has been on our radar for a while now and with new galleries focussing on high end urban art opening across the city, we think it definitely deserves a mention.

There are organisations like ST/ART who are a collective of urban artists who are collaborating with clothes giants Reebok and Evisu and Graphic Airlines a pair of urban artists doing quirky and kitsch designs on everthing from public spaces to bags.

So keep an eye on the East because things are happening... cool things.

His pictorial work features cultural icons and his use of a dark colour palette adds a depth and richness to his work that reflects the work of the artists and musicians he paints.
